Watercolor pillow These are super easy to make. They are the perfect projects for beginners, but if you don't have a sewing machine or really don't want to show anything, of course, you can always use hot glue and it will work just as fine. So don't worry. I didn't have any fabric paint or fabric medium. So I just used regular acrylics, but it should be fine as long as you just end wash this and there's no problem at all.
I guess that's everything, don't forget that the supplies and measurements are in the description box below and let's get started since we'll be making an envelope. Pillowcase start by cutting three pieces of white fabric, one with 45 by 45 centimeters and the other two with 45 by 24 centimeters and 45 by 25 centimeters, I'm going to be painting directly onto the fabric, so I protected my table using a piece of plastic with The bigger square piece of fabric and wring it out place it on the table, spooning out any air bubbles or wrinkles next senior paint a little with water and mix. It uses a piece of extra fabric to test the color.
Once the fabric is drying, the colors will fade a bit so make sure to make them a little darker than what you want. The final result to be once you are happy with it, go ahead and start painting on the actual pillowcase. I found it easier to start on one of the corners with light circular brushstrokes use water to help blend the colors and smudge them. This depends on what type of look you want to achieve, but I didn't want my colors to blend together, so I left white space between them. Let the fabric dry overnight, like this on the table and let's try.
You can start putting the pillowcase together start by creating a theme on the longer side of both small fabric pieces. These are going to be the back of the pillowcase lay down the pitted fabric with the right side facing up then place the smaller 45 by 25 centimeter piece on top right side down and place the medium 45 by 35 centimeter piece on top of that right Sides also down, pin the pieces in place and sew all around the square once that is done, turn it right-side out and you have a pillowcase stuff, your pillow inside in the tip.
